Procedure involved to get this service : Along with prescribed application the candidate should submit all the marks cards attested by head of the department with prescribed fees to the principal

Who are eligible to get this service : Students who passed all semesters(6 semesters)

Fee/Charges to be paid to get the service : Fee Details No fee up to 5 years from the date of deceleration of examination result From 5 years up to 10 years Rs 100 After 10 Years Rs 300 and every year Rs 100

Maximum number of days to wait to get this service delivered : 30 Working Days

Whom to approach as a appeal (Competent Officer), if the service is not delivered in time or rejected by officer : Joint Director (Exams),DTE

Maximum number of days to wait to get the decision of the Competent Officer : 15 Working Days
