e-signing is part of khata application process.
The process includes the filling of application form + uploading documents + e-signing.
When you apply for khata transfer online through Sakala Online service, your application process automatically directs you for e-signing page.
In the e-signing page, you will be asked to type your aadhaar number and OTP you received to your mobile phone. This completes the e-signing while applying for transfer of Khata.
