How color of ration card is determined in Kerala?

The maximum monthly income of a family should not be more than Rs.25000 to become eligible to get a Yellow or Pink Card, falling within the ambit of BPL category.

Yellow Card - Most economically backward section of society.,Antyodaya Anna Yojana Beneficiaries
Pink Card - Priority or BPL

The Blue card holders are those whose monthly income is more than Rs.25000 but are eligible for subsidies, under special grouping criteria. The White colour card are for those who are eligible for ration but not for any subsidy.

Blue Card - Non Priority Subsidy or APL
White Card - Non Priority Non Subsidy
