You cannot get a marriage certificate after the death of your spouse.

However, you can make an affidavit done from the First class Magistrate stating the fact of marriage and its date. On the basis of circumstantial evidence, statement of your relatives and other public documents, the court can pass a declaratory decree that you and your spouse were legally wedded. That declaration will have effect like a marriage certificate, and you can use it as such.
