Documents to be enclosed with the request :

 1 .  RATION CARD OR ELECTION VOTERS ID CARD OR AADHAAR CARD

 2 .  SELF DECLARATION CERTIFICATE IN APPLICATION FORMAT

Fee/Charges to be paid to get the service : Rs.25/- only.

Maximum number of days to wait to get this service delivered :14 Working Days

Whom to approach as a appeal (Competent Officer), if the service is not delivered in time or rejected by officer : Tahsildar

Maximum number of days to wait to get the decision of the Competent Officer :10 Working Days

Whom to approach as 2nd appeal (Appellate Authority), if the decision of the Competent officer is not acceptable or not implemented? : Assistant Commissioner

Maximum no. of days to wait to get the decision of Appellate Authority : 10 Working Days

Yes, one can obtain the family tree certificate for self, for other purposes like banking, court case and securing scholarship for higher education, etc..

Required documents: 

  • Family members aadhaar 
  • 2 Passport size photos of applicant 
  • Address proof document like tax paid receipt or voter ID

Apply the family tree certificate at ward's tahsildar office 

For example, if your area Pincode in aadhar is 560023, you may apply in Rajajinagar Tahsildar office, accordingly file your application at respective tahsildar office. 

May take around 10-20 days to get family tree from day of submitting the application.
