Application available at mee seva centres. Complete the application with necessary documents  and submitted the same in sachivalyam at your village. Form 16 for salaried people, notarised affadavit from notary, Aadharcard/ ration card xerx copy should be attached application. Salary income or agriculture income more than 8 lakhs are also eligible for OBC NCL certificate. Only status of the parents  and income other than salary consider for issue of obc
