Yes, it is possible to get rental agreement if owner is in overseas, Below are few options to get,

Option 1: POA

Landlord shall give power of attorney (POA) to local guide, Indeed attorney holder shall sign on behalf of landlord.

Option 2: Local assistance

  • Get the agreement done through your local guide
  • Get your tenant signature
  • Notarize the agreement
  • Receive the soft copy of agreement by email
  • Take printout
  • Sign the agreement at bottom of all pages
  • Send back the soft copy of signed agreement to tenant by email.

Option 3: Local assistance & Digital sign to save paper:

  • Get the agreement done through your local guide
  • Get your tenant signature
  • Notarize the agreement
  • Received the soft copy of agreement by email
