Procedure involved to get this service

1) Application to be submitted online along with necessary documents by Citizen

2) Verifying the documents and forwarding to the Revenue Section.

3) Revenue section will verify the documents and forward to Town Planning Office.

4) Town Panning Officials will do the spot inspection and will send the report to the TMC Engineer.

5) Based on Engineer report, Chief Officer will approve the application.

6) Engineer will enter the fees and System will automatically intimate fee details to citizen through SMS

7) Citizen will pay the fees through Online.

8) Case Worker Will verify the Fees payment details

9) Chief Officer will approve based on the report.

10) Citizen can download DSC approved copy through online
