You can raise a complaint with your FASTag issuer bank, if they does not respond to your query you can raise a complaint with the NHAI helpline 1033 & you can write that the bank is not responding to your query @ etc.nodal@ihmcl.com with all your relevant details like name, mobile number, Vehicle number/Tag ID, brief description of your issue.
