  I have sold my scooter and ownership transfer process are done and fee amount also paid by online. It was difficult for me to submit the documents at the respective SRTO office due to some unexpected reason. As the person who purchased my scooter agreed that he will submit the same by himself to the SRTO office on same day itself. So I handed over all the documents to him along with the scooter expecting that he will fullfill his words. Till today after two weeks, he has not submitted it and telling some difficulties and inconvenience. Will it make any problem for me for delayed submition of the documents? I have copy of the fee receipt, copy of his adhar card and signed copies of form No 29 and 30.
