BPL ration card is issued based on the income of the applicant and his/her family. As you have not mentioned the state you belong to, I cannot provide the exact documents required for the BPL ration card.

Normally, to prove that your income is below the required limit, you need to submit any of income certificate, tax payment or land revenue pay receipt, etc.

Caste certificate is not a requirement for the BPL ration card application.
