For a fresh learner’s application do I need to submit both form 1 and form 1 A together? In the parivahan site, it shows only form 1. But I can download the form for both. Can you please clarify on this?

For candidates below 40 yrs, Form 1 and above 40 years Form 1A
What you have to do is, follow the instruction you see on the page with the Application number. That is, the documents to be produced

Now I came to Malappuram. During the LL application, I mentioned Malappuram as my permanent address and Calicut driving school address as temporary address.What is the procedure to change the test to Malappuram ?

When I tried to apply for 2 wheeler learners license via online, clicked on the second option as already having license number and put the 4 wheeler license number over there, but its showing as invalid license number as alert.
