e-sign is not working for khata transfer in Sakala website. I've tried multiple times in multiple browsers. After submitting aadhaar otp, page is redirecting back to blank page. What to do?

Login using Mozilla Firefox browser, delete cookies and history. Enter Applicant name same as the Aadhaar number with Aadhaar linked mobile number to be submitted. The issue must be resolved. For further assistance you can contact 080 4455 4455

Update: April 30,2022

Ensure that applicant name is same as in Aadhaar and also ensure that entered mobile number is linked to Aadhaar number submitted by you. Kindly use Mozilla Browser to complete e-sign.
