Dear
Third-party insurance covers the damage and financial loss of third party.
Someone will have to demand compensation.
Procedure of claim
- Police complaint and FIR
- Inform insurance company and call surveyor .
- Take photographs
- Let surveyor estimate the loss
- Pay to the property owner, collect receipt .
- Send all documents to the insurance company for reimbursement

No dear, the incident happened when your vehicle was uninsured hence claim is not payable.
