Can I use my Patna registered car in Noida as I have paid road tax till June 2025 in Patna?

If you are using your car for a short period in Noida, it is fine. But if you are planning to use it for a long duration (12 months or more), you need to pay a separate road tax in Pune.
Road Tax that is paid in Patna was for the Government of Bihar. If you take your car to Pune, you need to pay a separate road tax as per the rates specified by the Government of Maharashtra.
Road Tax is paid for 15 years. So if you bought your car in 2010, it is valid for use till 2025 in Bihar. However, if you are planning to ride only 12 years in Bihar and 3 years in Maharashtra, you need to pay for road tax for 3 years in Maharashtra. As you have already paid for 15 years in Bihar and you are using only for 12 years in Bihar, you can get a refund from RTO in Bihar for the amount equivalent to 3 years's period.
