Yes, In case of ECR passports only. And it is not acceptable for NON-ECR passports. Last day I went to passport office I am unable to take my 10th original certificate so I contacted passport seva kendra and I asked that will they accept digi locker certificate for non Ecr passport and they refused and asked original hard copy. So don't carry digilocker certificate for passport renewal
