Can an application form for OCI be filled and submitted online?

Yes. Part A of the application form should be filled online. Part B of the application can be printed after filling it online or you can take the print out of the application and fill it manually using block letters. Printed Part A and Part B of the application form has to be submitted to the Indian Mission/Post/Office along with all the required documents.
