A voter is enrolled at home only during the Intensive Revision of Electoral Rolls. During Summary Revisions Form for enrollment can be submitted at the designated locations and voter centers. When there is no revision going on, one can submit his/her application at the voter center. The form can also be submitted online at http:// ceodelhi.gov.in
