To the best of my knowledge, there is only one EWS certificate. The format of it is provided below.

Economically Weaker Section Certificate

If you check Railways notification on EWS certificate, they are using the same format as mentioned above in Page 10 of the pdf.

So, to the best of my knowledge, you can use the same certificate during the verification process as well.
