Airsoft gun ka licence kaise banwaye sakta hun sports game ke liye ?

Airsoft gun and Airguns are different.

Trying to play Airsoft sports with an airgun is illegal.

Airsoft guns does not attract any licensing, to the best of my knowledge.

You can buy airsoft guns from the following places.

• Online stores: Lower grade models & sometimes hobby grade equipment gets listed on popular online stores at higher rates.
• Self import: Very risky, mostly gets confiscated by customs.
• Communities: Airsoft equipment gets sold among enthusiasts in between. Getting involved in an Airsoft community will increase the chances of getting proper hobby grade equipment.

As per Arms Act 2016, Replicas, blank guns, paintball markers and pellet guns are all to be treated the same as firearms. So you need to obtain the license for Firearms as specified below.

Note:

Schedule I of the Arms Rules, 2016 brings the following arms under the licensing regime:

a) Electronic Disabling Devices having firing range of less than fifteen feet

b) Blank firing firearms

c) Paintball markers or guns having muzzle energy exceeding 90 m/s or 300 ft/s (300 fps)

d) Firearm replicas of modern or contemporary firearms,  muzzle-loading antique weapons
