After paying the 2% amount, what is the next procedure and how many days it will take to get khatha and khatha extract?

After paying 2% amount in Bangalore One center for your Khata application. Collect the payment receipt against your payment. (it's important to collect the payment receipt in Bangalore One center to collect your khata in BBMP office later). The receipt looks like below image

Within 7 working days from the day of payment, BBMP will upload your khata certificate and extract in your Sakala account. Login to your Sakala account and download your Khata certificate & extract 

Carry the payment receipt to your BBMP office. Show the payment receipt to BBMP officer and collect the hard copy of your khata certificate & extract. 

This completes the procedure.
