As a valid address proof, you need to provide the following documents:
If the premises are rented/have consent:
- Rent agreement between the applicant & owner or Consent Letter; And
- Latest Electricity Bill / Property Tax Receipt / Municipal Khata Copy
If the premises are owned:
- Ownership Document such as Sale Deed/Index copy;
- Latest Electricity Bill / Property Tax Receipt / Municipal Khata Copy
In your case, if your premises are rented, you have to provide a rent agreement along with electricity bill/property tax receipt/municipal khata copy which have full address.
