You can make changes to Name, Address, Gender, Date of Birth, Mobile Number, Email ID, Fingerprint, Iris and Biometrics.
You can update your demographics information either by visiting nearest Enrolment Centre or Aadhaar Seva Kendra or, by accessing our online portal at https://ssup.uidai.gov.in.
Through online portal, you can update your name, address, Gender, Date of Birth and Language. For online portal based update, mobile number must be registered with the aadhaar.
1. Following restrictions are applicable for demographics update:-
a) DoB Correction- 1 time
b) Name Correction- 2 times
c) Gender Correction- 1 time
2. Please note that, no document is required to update mobile number, Email Id, biometric or gender in Aadhaar.
