As you are planning to stay in Bangalore for a long duration, you need to get your vehicle re-registered in Bangalore and pay road tax as well. It would also be helpful if you do ownership transfer to your name before bringing the vehicle to Bangalore.

So you need to do the following things.

  1. Get NOC for Vehicle re-registration in Bangalore and for ownership transfer to your name
  2. Apply for change of address in RC book with in one month of reaching Bangalore
  3. Pay road tax in Bangalore. You can calculate road tax using Road Tax Calculator.
  4. Get your vehicle re-registered in Bangalore within 11 months of reaching Bangalore.

Assuming an invoice price of INR 1.5 lakh for 2 years old Royal Enfield Classic 350, you need to pay a road tax of INR 26074 for using your vehicle in Bangalore. You can claim your road tax paid in UP, once you re-register your vehicle in Bangalore.
