ജനനസർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ്, SSLC സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ്, മറ്റു വിദ്യാഭാസ രേഖകൾ, പാസ്പോർട്ട്‌ എന്നിവയിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്ന മാതാപിതാക്കളുടെ പേര് ഒരുപോലെ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ വിദേശ ജോലിക്ക് ശ്രമിക്കുന്ന കുട്ടികൾക്ക് ഉണ്ടായേക്കാവുന്ന ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടുകൾ ചെറുതല്ല.

ഇത്തരം കേസുകളിൽ ഇന്ത്യൻ വിദേശകാര്യ വകുപ്പ് ഇറക്കിയിട്ടുള്ള മാർഗ്ഗനിർദ്ദേശങ്ങൾ താഴെ കൊടുക്കുന്നു.

1. മരണപെട്ടുപോയ മാതാപിതാക്കളുടെ പേര് അവർ ജീവിച്ചിരിക്കുമ്പോൾ ലഭിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റുകളിൽ, അതല്ലെങ്കിൽ കാലശേഷം ലഭിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള മരണസർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയ പ്രകാരം ഏതെങ്കിലും ഒരു പേരിനെ ആസ്പദമാക്കി തിരുത്തി നല്കപ്പെടും.

2. മരണപെട്ട ആൾക്ക് പാസ്പോർട്ട്‌ ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ അതിൽ രേഖപെടുത്തി യിരിക്കുന്ന പേരിന് മുൻഗണന നല്കപ്പെടും.

3. മാതാപിതാക്കളുടെ പേര് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ള അവരുടെ തന്നെ ജനന സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ്, വിദ്യാഭാസ രേഖകൾ, വിവാഹസർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് എന്നിവയിൽ ഏതെങ്കിലും ഒന്ന് അപേക്ഷകന്റെ ആവശ്യത്തിലേക്കായി പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
