സഹോദരങ്ങളുടെ പ്രായം ചോദ്യത്തിൽ വ്യക്തമല്ല. 18 വയസിൽ താഴെയാണ് അവരുടെ പ്രായമെങ്കിൽ അവരുടെ സ്വത്തും എടുക്കും. കുടുംബം എന്ന നിര്‍വ്വചനത്തില്‍ അപേക്ഷന്‍/അപേക്ഷക, അപേക്ഷകന്റെ/അപേക്ഷകയുടെ മാതാപിതാക്കള്‍, 18 വയസ്സിനു താഴെയുള്ള സഹോദരങ്ങള്‍, അപേക്ഷകന്റെ/അപേക്ഷകയുടെ പങ്കാളി എന്നിവരാണ്‌ ഉള്‍പ്പെടുന്നത്. കേന്ദ്ര സർക്കാരിന്റെ കീഴിലുള്ള ജോലികൾ സംബന്ധിച്ചാണോ സംസ്ഥാന സർക്കാരിന്റെ കീഴിലുള്ള ജോലികൾ സംബന്ധിച്ചാണോ ചോദ്യം എന്നതും എന്ന് വ്യക്തമല്ല. EWS - ൽ രണ്ടിനും വ്യത്യസ്ത മാനദണ്ഡങ്ങളാണ്. കുടുംബ വാര്‍ഷിക വരുമാനവും കുടുംബത്തിന്റെ കൈവശമുള്ള ഭൂസ്വത്തുമാണ് ഈ ആനുകൂല്യം ലഭിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള പ്രധാന ഘടകങ്ങള്‍. അവയുടെ മാനദണ്ഡങ്ങൾ ചുവടെ ചേർക്കുന്നു.
നിബന്ധനകൾ - കുടുംബ വാർഷിക വരുമാനം/ഭൂസ്വത്ത് :
അപേക്ഷകന്റെ കുടുംബ വാര്‍ഷിക വരുമാനം കണക്കാക്കുമ്പോള്‍ അപേക്ഷ സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന വർഷത്തിന് തൊട്ടുമുമ്പുള്ള സാമ്പത്തിക വർഷത്തെ വരുമാനമാണ് പരിഗണിക്കുന്നത്.
കേന്ദ്ര സര്‍ക്കാരിന്റെ കീഴിലുള്ള സ്ഥപനങ്ങളിലെ സംവരണ ആനുകൂല്യം ലഭിക്കുന്നതിന് കുടുംബ വാര്‍ഷിക വരുമാനം എട്ട് ലക്ഷം രൂപയില്‍ താഴെ ആയിരിക്കണം. കൂടാതെ അപേക്ഷകന്റെ/ കുടുബത്തിന്റെ കൈവശം ചുവടെ പറയുന്ന പരിധിയില്‍ കവിഞ്ഞ ഭൂസ്വത്തുക്കള്‍ (വ്യത്യസ്ത സ്ഥലങ്ങളിൽ ഭൂമികൾ ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ അവ ഉള്‍പ്പെടെ) ഒന്നും ഉണ്ടാകാനും പാടില്ല.
- 5 ഏക്കറില്‍ താഴെ കൃഷി ഭൂമി
- 1000 ചതുരശ്ര അടിയില്‍ താഴെയുള്ള റസിഡന്‍ഷ്യല്‍ ഫ്ലാറ്റ്
- മുനിസിപ്പാലിറ്റിയില്‍ - 2.06 സെന്റില്‍ താഴെയുള്ള റസിഡന്‍ഷ്യല്‍ പ്ലോട്ട്
- പഞ്ചായത്തുകളില്‍ - 4.13 സെന്റില്‍ താഴെയുള്ള റസിഡന്‍ഷ്യല്‍ പ്ലോട്ട്.
സംസ്ഥാന സര്‍ക്കാരിന്റെ കീഴിലുള്ള സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിലെ സംവരണ ആനുകൂല്യം ലഭിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള മാനദണ്ഡങ്ങള്‍ കേന്ദ്ര മാനദണ്ഡങ്ങളില്‍ നിന്നും വ്യത്യസ്തമാണ്. ഇവിടെ സംവരണ ആനുകൂല്യം ലഭിക്കണമെങ്കില്‍ കുടുംബ വാര്‍ഷിക വരുമാനം 4 ലക്ഷം രൂപയോ അതില്‍ താഴെയോ ആയിരിക്കണം. കുടുംബ വാർഷിക വരുമാനം കണക്കാക്കുമ്പോൾ ചുവടെ ചേർക്കുന്നവ ഒഴികെയുള്ള മറ്റെല്ലാ വരുമാനവും പരിഗണിക്കും.
- മുൻസിപ്പാലിറ്റി/മുനിസിപ്പൽ കോർപ്പറേഷൻ പ്രദേശങ്ങളിലെ പരിധി നിർണയിക്കപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ഹൗസ് പ്ലോട്ടുകളിൽ നിന്നുള്ള കാർഷിക വരുമാനം,സാമൂഹ്യ സുരക്ഷ പെൻഷനുകൾ,കുടുംബ പെൻഷൻ,തൊഴിലില്ലായ്മ വേതനം,ഉത്സവബത്ത,വിരമിക്കൽ ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങൾ,യാത്രാബത്ത,
സംവരണ ആനുകൂല്യം ലഭിക്കണമെങ്കില്‍ മേല്‍ വിവരിച്ച വരുമാന പരിധി പാലിക്കുന്നതിനോടൊപ്പം അപേക്ഷകന്റെ/കുടുബത്തിന്റെ കൈവശം ചുവടെ പറയുന്ന പരിധിയില്‍ കവിഞ്ഞ ഭൂസ്വത്തുക്കള്‍ (ഭൂമി എന്നതിൽ എല്ലാത്തരം ഭൂമിയും ഉൾപ്പെടും) ഒന്നും ഉണ്ടാകാനും പാടില്ല.
ഭൂമി:
ഗ്രാമപഞ്ചായത്ത് പ്രദേശം – 2.5 ഏക്കര്‍ വരെ
മുനിസിപ്പാലിറ്റി പ്രദേശം – 75 സെന്റ് വരെ
മുനിസിപ്പല്‍ കോര്‍പ്പറേഷന്‍ പ്രദേശം - 50 സെന്റ് വരെ
- ഹൗസ് പ്ലോട്ട് (വീട് നില്‍ക്കുന്നതോ വീട് വയ്ക്കാന്‍ കഴിയുന്നതോ):
മുനിസിപ്പാലിറ്റി പ്രദേശം – 20 സെന്റ് വരെ
കോര്‍പ്പറേഷന്‍ പ്രദേശം - 15 സെന്റ് വരെ
കുടുംബത്തിന് ഒന്നിലധികം ഹൗസ് പ്ലോട്ട് കൈവശമുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ അവയെല്ലാം കൂട്ടിച്ചേർത്ത് ആയിരിക്കും പ്ലോട്ടിന്റെ വിസ്തൃതി കണക്കാക്കുക.ഗ്രാമപഞ്ചായത്ത് പ്രദേശങ്ങളിലും മുനിസിപ്പൽ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ മുനിസിപ്പൽ കോർപ്പറേഷൻ പ്രദേശങ്ങളിലുമായി അപേക്ഷകന്റെ കുടുംബത്തിന് ഭൂസ്വത്ത് ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ അതിൻറെ ആകെ വിസ്തൃതി 2.5 ഏക്കറിൽ അധികരിക്കാൻ പാടില്ല. മുനിസിപ്പൽ പ്രദേശങ്ങളിലും മുനിസിപ്പൽ കോർപ്പറേഷൻ പ്രദേശങ്ങളിലുമായി അപേക്ഷകന്റെ കുടുംബത്തിന് ഭൂസ്വത്ത് ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ അതിൻറെ ആകെ ഭൂവിസ്തൃതി 75 സെൻറിൽ അധികരിക്കാൻ പാടില്ല. കുടുംബത്തിന് മുനിസിപ്പൽ പ്രദേശങ്ങളിലും മുനിസിപ്പൽ കോർപ്പറേഷൻ പ്രദേശങ്ങളിലും ഹൗസ് പ്ലോട്ട് ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ അവ കൂട്ടിച്ചേർത്ത് കണക്കാക്കിയാൽ വിസ്തൃതി 20 സെന്റില്‍ അധികരിക്കാൻ പാടില്ല. ഭൂവിസ്തൃതി കണക്കാക്കുന്നതിന് സംസ്ഥാനത്തിനകത്തും പുറത്തുമുള്ള ഭൂമി കണക്കിലെടുക്കുന്നതാണ്.
AAY, PHH, റേഷന്‍ കാര്‍ഡുകളില്‍ പേരുള്ളവര്‍ക്ക് അത്തരം റേഷന്‍ കാര്‍ഡില്‍ പേരുണ്ടെന്ന വില്ലേജ് ആഫീസറുടെ സര്‍ട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തില്‍ ഈ സംവരണ ആനുകൂല്യം ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. അവര്‍ക്ക് കുടുംബ വാര്‍ഷിക വരുമാനമോ കൈവശമുള്ള ഭൂമിയുടെ അളവോ ബാധകമല്ല.
